Cashier seats are always free

Add as many cashiers as you have tills. They don't count towards your plan's users.

Prices are in Kenya shillings and include VAT. Need more users? KES 300.00 per extra user each month.

Questions

How does renewal work with M-Pesa compared with a card?

With a card, your plan renews automatically on the renewal date. With M-Pesa, we send an STK prompt to your phone a few days before — enter your PIN to renew. If you miss it, you can pay from the banner in the app at any time.

What happens after the 30-day free trial?

Pick a plan and pay by M-Pesa or card. If you don't, your workspace becomes read-only — you can still view and export everything.

Do cashiers count as users?

No. Cashier seats are always free on every plan, so you can add one for every till.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade any time and pay only the difference for the rest of the period; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

Is my data mine?

Always. You can export everything in one tap, even if your workspace is suspended or cancelled.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. Every price shown includes VAT, and you get an eTIMS invoice for every payment.
