You make the sale
Invoice or POS receipt — the item tax bands are already set on each product.
We send it to KRA
Each branch is registered as an online sales control unit (OSCU) and signs the document with KRA.
The receipt gets the KRA block
The signed invoice number, signature and QR code are printed on the receipt and the shared link.
Offline honesty
When KRA or the internet is down, we say so
Sales never stop. Unsigned documents wait in a visible queue, retry automatically and are marked "eTIMS pending" until KRA confirms them. Nothing is hidden and nothing is faked.
Purchase inbox
Supplier invoices, ready to accept
Invoices your suppliers sign with KRA show up in one inbox. Accept them to create the bill, or reject them with a reason — so your input VAT claims match KRA's records.
